License Terms
These License Terms (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the website https://makeandpop.com (the “Website”), including all associated tools, applications, APIs, and downloadable resources provided by MAKE&POP (“MAKE&POP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website and any resources or tools available on it, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these License Terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Website or any resources provided by MAKE&POP.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Graphics
Digital assets generated or provided through the Website, including but not limited to illustrations, star maps, vector graphics, templates, or other downloadable visual resources.
Tools and Services
Online tools, generators, APIs, widgets, and other services made available through the Website.
Premium License
A paid license granting rights to use Graphics and outputs generated using MAKE&POP tools.
Credits
Units purchased by users that can be used to generate or download Graphics through the platform.
2. Licenses
MAKE&POP grants users a Premium License for Graphics generated or downloaded using purchased credits.
The Premium License grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Graphics for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations described in this Agreement.
MAKE&POP currently does not offer subscription plans.
3. Permitted Uses
Graphics obtained through the Website may be used for the following purposes.
3.1 Advertising and Marketing
Graphics may be used in digital or printed promotional materials, including but not limited to:
- websites
- social media
- advertising campaigns
- brochures
- flyers
- banners
- marketing presentations
- product packaging
3.2 Consumer Products
Graphics may be used on physical products for sale, including but not limited to:
- posters
- greeting cards
- apparel
- mugs
- calendars
- books
- puzzles
- artwork
3.3 Templates
Graphics may be incorporated into templates such as:
- website templates
- card templates
- calendar templates
- presentation templates
- advertising templates
However, Graphics must be part of a larger design and cannot be redistributed as standalone assets.
3.4 Software and Applications
Graphics may be used within:
- mobile applications
- desktop software
- digital products
- SaaS platforms
provided that the Graphics are embedded within the product and cannot be extracted as standalone assets.
3.5 Logos and Branding
Graphics may be incorporated into logos or brand identities.
You may register a copyright for your final logo design. However, such copyright applies only to the final design, not to the individual Graphics used to create it.
4. Immutable Digital Assets (NFTs)
Graphics or outputs generated using MAKE&POP tools may not be used in connection with immutable digital assets, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs), unless explicit written permission is granted by MAKE&POP.
5. On-Demand Products
Graphics may be used to produce customized products on demand, including through third-party marketplaces such as:
- Etsy
- Amazon Merch
- Printful
- Zazzle
- CafePress
- Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their products comply with the policies of those platforms.
6. Platform Users
MAKE&POP grants registered users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Graphics and Tools provided by the platform.
Users may share Graphics with:
- employees
- clients
- subcontractors
only for the purpose of completing a specific project.
Subcontractors such as printers, publishers, or manufacturers may access the Graphics solely for production or distribution purposes.
7. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Graphics as standalone assets
- Publish or distribute editable source files such as
.AI,.SVG,.EPS, or.PDFfiles in their original or slightly modified form - Use Graphics in a way that allows others to extract or reuse them
- Claim ownership of the Graphics themselves
- Use Graphics in illegal, harmful, or abusive contexts
This includes uses that are:
- unlawful
- defamatory
- hateful
- sexually explicit
- abusive or threatening
- related to malware or spam distribution
8. License Termination
If a user violates these License Terms, MAKE&POP reserves the right to:
- revoke all licenses granted
- terminate access to the platform
- require deletion of all Graphics obtained from the Website
Users must immediately cease using and delete all Graphics upon termination.
9. Liability
MAKE&POP provides its tools and resources “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
MAKE&POP shall not be held liable for:
- account suspensions on third-party platforms
- rejected product listings
- marketplace policy violations
- indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Graphics or tools.
Users are solely responsible for how they use the Graphics and services.
10. Pricing and Payments
Prices for Premium Licenses and credits are listed on the Website at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made using:
- credit cards
- PayPal
- other supported payment methods
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT or cross-border fees.
11. Free Graphics
MAKE&POP may provide certain Graphics free of charge.
Free Graphics are subject to the following conditions:
- Personal use only
- No commercial use permitted
- Attribution to MAKE&POP required
- No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing allowed
Failure to comply with these requirements may constitute copyright infringement.
12. Affiliate Program
MAKE&POP offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by recommending our products.

13. Amendments
MAKE&POP reserves the right to modify these License Terms at any time.
