Make & Pop's journey dates back to early 2018. The founders started a small local side-business focused in designing, printing and delivering posters with personalized star maps. Operating under the still existing DIDIENDO brand, the demand started to grow and expanded to international markets.

As the business grew, there were new requests to deliver other products than posters, as well as to license star map designs in digital format. Since each single star map was being created manually, the team needed to improve operational efficiency and built their own software to generate ready-to-print custom star maps.

In January 2021, the software Star Map Generator was released to the public, enabling other product and digital creators to easily build custom star maps online for personal or commercial use. The software quickly became a success and revealed of utmost value for clients.

As part of an organic growth, one year later, in January 2022, the founding team expanded from the Star Map Generator to other digital resources and apps. The Make & Pop brand and platform was then born to empower creators, designers, DIYers, artists and crafters with high quality, easy-to-use digital assets.
